Pride Adventures

I had a great time on the trip, it was a great experience and I have recommended this to a few friends and family members.  The trip was very well organized, the tour guides were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly.  I also enjoyed the company of the people in our group. I look forward to future trips with Pride Adventure.

The experience was really top notch.  All the NG events were great, especially the time in Soweto.  The local guides were all really good.  The wildlife was abundant and more than expected!  Food was generally good, except the hotel in Johannesburg where the food was really non descript/generic.


The safari's were amazing seeing all of the wild animals. The hotels were adequate but for the money could have been better.  The tour should cover most of the tipping as it was somewhat confusing and too many people to tip. Other than that the wild animals were more than I could have dreamed of.  

This was an 11 person group tour of South Africa. The size was ideal. Accommodations were nice. Most importantly, the guides were excellent and the trip was incredible.

This was my 2nd international trip with Chris, CGA, and Pride Adventures. All the details were well thought out and planned to perfection. From the heights of Cape Town, to the Safari’s in South Africa and finally the beauty of the natural wonder, Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe. This was a trip of a lifetime! 

We had a great time.  Travel guides Dee and Princess were excellent.  Daily activities kept us all busy.  Accommodations were adequate.  some of the hotels had problems; the "Rainbow" Hotel in Victoria Falls was the least desirable.  Would like to see a little better upgrade on accommodations in general.  Food was good.  Overall an excellent experience.

My recent trip to South Africa, organized by Pride Adventure Travel in partnership with National Geographic Journey, was truly the adventure of a lifetime. From the moment I arrived, every detail was expertly arranged, allowing me to fully immerse myself in the experience without any worries. 

The multiple safaris (Kruger, Karongwe, Chobe) were nothing short of breathtaking. Each day brought new wildlife encounters—lions, elephants, rhinos, and more—in some of the most stunning landscapes I’ve ever seen. The guides were incredibly knowledgeable and passionate, sharing fascinating insights about the animals and ecosystems. 

Beyond the safaris, Pride Adventure Travel ensured we explored the vibrant local culture. We visited bustling markets, tasted authentic South African cuisine, and connected with local communities in meaningful ways. Every activity felt thoughtfully curated and authentic, offering a deeper understanding of the country’s rich heritage.

Pride Adventure Travel and National Geographic Journey handled everything, from accommodations to transportation, so I could focus entirely on enjoying the journey. It was an unforgettable adventure—I can’t recommend them highly enough for anyone seeking a truly immersive and worry-free experience in Africa.

This was my first CGA activity.  I found the itinerary schedule perfect for visiting local activities. Overall a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere.   The Hotel was on the beach and walking distance to all gay venues, Excellent welcome dinner. Beach day was fun. Night excursion to The Rhythm of the night show was an terrific experience. Sunday outdoor Extreme Adventure was a terrific experience to share with the group. Monday catamaran trip snorkeling and beach swim was excellent. Thank you to Diane's boat adventures.   Thank you for a great Pride getaway and to meeting new friends. 

CGA Weekend Getaway: Puerto Vallarta Pride!

I had a great time on my first trip with CGA! Probably would have just had a cocktail hour or something after the first dinner to get to know everyone, but I know it was a big group!

This was such a fun trip. The experience surpassed my expectations  based off the pre trip info I was given.  Accommodations and excursions  were lovely, and everything was well planned as usual. Other travelers  on this trip were fun and friendly too! Looking forward to the next adventure!

The Puerto Vallarta trip exceeded my expectations. The planned excursions kept getting better and more memorable and I loved the camaraderie of the groups nights out on the town. Many new friends were made. 

This was my first international trip with CGA, and I was incredibly impressed with how well-organized and fun the entire experience was. From start to finish, everything was thoughtfully planned and executed.

The highlights were endless — the catamaran boat ride was an absolute blast, dinner on the beach was magical, and the Rhythms of the Night show was a must-see! The Extreme Adventures added just the right amount of adrenaline, and the camaraderie with the other men on the trip made it truly special.

I can honestly say this was one of the best and most memorable vacations of my life. I’m already looking forward to joining future trips with CGA!

It’s the men that CGA/Pride attracts that sets them apart from other travel companies. Everyone is kind, welcoming and inclusive! Good for couples and singles!!!

This was my first trip with Pride Adventure and it WAS an adventure. Boat trip to enchanted isle, extreme sports day, comfy beach day with good company, catamaran to snorkling and secluded beach… and more!!!! Pinch me!!!

I had a great time with the CGA Costa Rica group, especially the Drake Bay group. I never been with a large group in traveling. When I saw the posting "Costa Rica"and saw "Drake Bay/wilderness" that opened my eyes and went for it. I am on the elder end, lol, but active in most ways. We all looked after each other, especially Chris, Kevin, Annika looking over me. The whole trip arrangements, lodgings, activities, food was the best!!! It was a whole different world for me. Thank you Chris, Kevin, Annika, and all others for a great time. I will never forget this trip.

10 Days in Costa Rica with PRIDE

This was a truly glorious trip. I loved the snorkeling, the white water rafting, zip lining, driving an ATV, hiking, waterfalls, hot springs, guided trip through the tropical forests.  Trip was extremely well organized, good meals and hotels. Great group of fun guys. I can’t wait to do another one of Chris’  trips. 

An amazing 10-day tour with about 20 other gay men of various ages and types, but similar in all seeking this "adventure style" type of customized tour and activities.  Each tour member gets to select one of two (your choice) of the best (I'm partial) national parks on the south coast of the country for the first half of the trip, and then all met at the Mt. Arenal volcano area (La Fortuna) for the second half of the trip. The tour was totally customized to each traveler's liking by selecting which national park they would be visiting and then selecting from a number of adventure activities at each park area. I totally loved it, and I made several new friends, whom I'm sure I will be travelling with again.

What a great Sunday pool party experience. Although my husband and I only new Chris and C.K., we conversed with several
CGA members, as well as day pass and hotel guest attendees. The cocktails served (although expensive) were perfect for a warm afternoon. The rooftop location DTLA was an ideal setting.

Wonderful pool party. Beautiful venue and lovely vibe. One of the highlights of my summer so far this year!
